Senior Drift Analyst
Lead the measurement of temporal drift and the preparation of the National Risk Register entry for Excess Time.
Job description
- Own the statistical yearbook and the quarterly drift tables.
- Advise the Institute for Temporal Studies on method.
- Ensure that coincidence is not recorded as explanation.
- Brief the Minister and the Permanent Secretary.
Essential criteria
- A degree in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience of official statistics or a comparable published series.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Desirable criteria
- Experience of the Government Statistical Service.
- Welsh language skills.
