| DET-01 | Incident Report Use this form to report a suspected Excess Time Event. The Department administers consequences. It does not create causes. |
| DET-14 | Recovered Hours Declaration Declare hours that have returned after a recognised displacement. Do not estimate. Record only what can be shown. |
| DET-22 | Chronological Damage Claim Claim for demonstrable effects upon public or private life arising from a recognised Excess Time Event. |
| DET-44 | Lost Afternoon Notification Notify the Department of an afternoon that failed to arrive where it was expected. Localised events are, in most cases, resolved without lasting consequence. |
| DET-61 | Memory Continuity Assessment Request an assessment where a day appears to have occurred but cannot be adequately reconstructed. The Department does not regulate memory. |
| DET-78 | Application for Research Access Apply to consult holdings of the Institute for Temporal Studies. Authorised researchers only. |
| DET-09 | Staff surplus hours return For officers of the Department only. Return surplus hours arising in the course of duty. |
| DET-17 | Community programme nomination Nominate a community, school or local authority for a programme under DET-COM-012. |
| DET-33 | Schools visit request Request a departmental visit or teaching pack. The Department does not teach history. It teaches continuity. |
| DET-52 | Subject access request (temporal records) Ask whether the Department holds records in which you appear. Some holdings are not yet eligible for disclosure. |
