Information Governance
How the Department holds personal data, including records of events that are not yet eligible for disclosure.
The Department is a data controller. Some records describe hours that failed to arrive. Those records remain personal data.
A subject access request will be answered within the statutory period unless the record is of an event that has not yet become eligible.
Eligibility is a matter of date, not of convenience.
Nothing in this policy confers authority over the lawful passage of time itself.
